What an amazing company! I highly recommend them. We had our heat break and we were in such a panic. The staff were so polite and put us at ease. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a few hours and we have heat again!

They replaced all three of our AC units in October of 2013 with Carrier units. They also removed the old units. Most recently, they checked all three AC units.

They have a good reputation and supplied us with an estimate that was lower than the others. They worked in pouring rain to get the work completed. They also replaced two shrubs disrupted with the installation of the AC units. We find them to be nice, reliable and thorough. They're very hands-on and offer personal service.

My AC went out during the hottest week and holiday. From my initial call the service was great. The staff scheduled an appt right away. They were punctual and professional. I explained I have two kids and it was really hot. They came out earlier then scheduled. My techs were Lupe and JC. They explained what was wrong, went over some of my options. They answered all my questions. I appreciated that they came out replaced the system right away and took my concerns in consideration. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Air conditioning wasn't working well, so called them for a service. Had an appointment within 36hours of initial contact. I had an old HVAC unit and the condenser wasn't functioning. The technician provided multiple options, including associated cost and pros/cons of each option. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and had the work done within estimated timeframe. The new unit works beautifully and the company has been responsive to follow up questions regarding function and usability.

JC and his team were very honest, courteous and professional. They gave us a very good all-in price pretty much beating rest of the quotes we got. A 2-man team got the new heat pump system up and running in half a day with minimal followup dry-wall repair. They even threw in a free thermostat as ours was pretty old! Overall a very satisfied customer and would recommend using their services to all our friends.

Arrived on time, the vendor was very careful not to disturb recent sheet rock and painting work - the pricing was extremely competitive by a wide margin. I would use them again with a question.

I got three estimates for a new heating and A/C system for my home. Each estimate came in within 25% of each other in terms of cost. I went with 495 HVAC, because they had the most knowledgeable estimator, who also came and led the work with a three person team. I asked them to move the outside unit around the corner of the house, and they made all the changes in the electrical and plumbing to accommodate that. The system has been running great for a few weeks, and they just came back for a free service checkup. They noticed that the water drain pipe they had installed was draining a little slow, so they took the initiative to change the slope angle and reinstall it for free so that it flows better.
I had a great experience with the 495 HVAC crew and would highly recommend them. They are very aware of the "Angie's List effect" and work hard to make sure that their customers are taken care of.

Fantastic experience. JC and Lupe arrived at 8am as promised and worked steadily through until 4pm. They were very professional about putting down heavy duty clothes everywhere they were going to walk. I worked from home that day but expected the work to be very loud and distracting but it was the opposite. Our house is old and prior work was sloppy. They replaced everything old and took the extra steps to add insulation to patch old holes. The final job looks exceptional a very clean job. The new furnace is working perfectly and they plan to come back in a couple months to check on the AC once the weather warms up.

495 HVAC gave the best price with good brand (Carrier). My basement is messy. They cleaned up my basement before and after installation. The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I was searching for HVAC company that could provide prompt service and understand my request. JC understood my needs, worked with me, and was able to replace my furnace in shorter wait time than other companies said they could or would. 495 HVAC came out during the snow in the morning and was able to have me back in my home, with heat by the end of the day. I am most appreciative.

The fan in the outside of our Trane unit in one of our homes stopped working so only the internal unit was running. We called 495 HVAC and they came to look at the unit, they took their time and ran several test to find out the issue. They figured it out and had to order the part to replace. When the part came in they came back to the house and replaced the broken part, we have not had any issues since then.

I have two homes and had the maintenance service for both homes with another company prior to these guys. I was referred to this company and they are great. They are very honest, they have good rates but most importantly they do a good job. They followed up to make sure that everything was working and that there were no issues after their service. With the issue we had with the fan, they really took their time to find out the issue and fixed it. The staff is very professional. I will not switch to another company again.

The founder of 495HVAC has serviced my family's HVAC system for over a decade. Since starting his company, he always has the time to take my calls and even handles the emergencies.

There's no doubt that they are qualified, knowledgeable and definitely honest and hard working. I highly recommend for your AC and heating needs. They can provide the best advice if you are replacing a unit - I can vouch first hand!

Placed message with HomeAdvisor and within the hour 495 HVAC contacted with an email. Talked with Brian in the morning and by 11:30am, Rubin was here. Brian was nice to chat with on the phone and Rubin was very nice also and informative on explaining what he was doing. Hopefully nothing goes wrong for awhile, but if something does, these are the guys I'm calling.
